چکیده

Common bean is the most accessible protein source to population and daily consumed. Studies using both morphoagronomic markers molecular have been used in breeding programs. This work aimed study diversity of 22 recombinant inbred lines and, their progenitors with aid SSR markers. The crossing occurred a greenhouse, between cultivar BRS Agreste black-01 line. characters that showed polymorphism were evaluated: presence anthocyanin, number days after germination, for flowering, wing color, standard seed tegument brightness, commercial group. dissimilarity values ranged from 0 8.5; organizing into three distinct groups data. In analyzes, 11 primers monomorphic 7 polymorphic. analysis 0.8; an average 0.57. content polymorphic information 0.81 0.87. Besides efficiency this study, they are associated important characteristics common bean. Joint data presented ranging 0.0 12.5; 6.89; forming groups. joint was efficient characterize distinguish lines. suitable present study. 18 19 can be considered duplicate because all analyzes remained together.

Genetic diversity analysis of recombinant inbred lines of rice (Oryza sativa L.) using microsatellite markers

Estimation of genetic diversity is an important factor in germplasm conservation and characterization. In rice breeding programs, genetic diversity information on specific regions of genome can be very useful for the application of marker assisted selection (MAS) and for gene mapping. A total of 152 rice lines were considered for breeding programs using microsatellites (SSR) technique. The tota...

Study of Genetic Diversity in Wheat Recombinant Inbred Lines by Factor Analysis

To identifying of the high yielding wheat lines with optimal characteristics and to determine the traits which could be used as the selection index for increasing of grain yield, 40 recombinant inbred lines derived from a cross between Norstar and Zagros cultivars were evaluated in a randomized complete block design with three replications. The measured characters consisted of peduncle weight, ...
